Piano Group Lessons
Argh Matey! Piano Pirate Class is setting sail on musical adventures! Kids are jumping on board to learn piano in a new and creative way that connects with their generation. Kids love making music together and jammin’ to their favorite tunes. Knowing this, we use a fun group class approach with games and activities, a band-style approach to playing along- side friends, and cool backing tracks to keep the class moving and engaged. We approach music holistically by engaging various instruments, teaching many genres, and learning fundamental concepts that carry over into all musical endeavors your child might want to pursue in the future. Piano is the perfect place to start pursuing your child’s interest and talents in music.

Guitar Group Lessons
Learn to play the guitar in 6 lessons! We have the tricks and tips to teach kids guitar to get them jammin’ in no time. Our kids are loving this easy and fun approach to guitar playing with no sore fingers or hard chords. Kids learn how to play musically and with talent when given the right tools and easy learning style. We teach musical notation, and popular chord progressions along with strumming techniques used in the many songs they know and love. Guitars are provided for class time use and music and midi files are yours to keep for more play time later. Kids love the group class approach with fun music games and activities that help them learn to play faster. Introduce them to rock, classical, blues, and pop music and give them a chance to grow their love for music. All kids love a good guitar band....you can give them a great start with this class!

Bucket Beats Drum Lessons
Does your kid constantly hear the beat as he dances to his own groove? Does he love moving to music and listening to cool drum solos? Is he interested in the drumline or marching band, or maybe making his own garage band with friends in your upstairs family room? Then he needs this group! On the surface, bucket drumming looks like sheer fun as students beat out rhythm patterns with each other and split into duos and solos. But underneath the driving beats and contagious rhythms, we are learning the fundamentals of music that create a base for all other musical endeavors. Kids are learning rhythm, tempo, steady beat, playing alongside other members of a band, and building confidence in their talents and abilities. Our group focuses on bucket drumming, played alongside other percussion instruments with fun backing tracks. We teach basic drum patterns and rhythm notations played to songs they know and love. We cycle through new material each session so kids never get bored and continue to build their skills over the course of the year. All kids love to beat on things and make a lot of noise...we just try to catch them in the act and join in on the fun. You’re kids gonna love making music with us!
